Description of Service
Daily Quiz provides free, daily educational quizzes across multiple categories including languages, science, history, general knowledge, and technology. The Service is available in multiple languages and does not require user registration. New quizzes are published daily, and your progress is stored locally on your device.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use any automated system to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce; or use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful content.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RurayLabs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our quizzes, design, logos, and educational content are proprietary. You may share quiz results using the built-in sharing feature.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the educational content will be completely accurate. While we strive for accuracy, quiz content is for educational and entertainment purposes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RurayLabs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Since we do not collect personal data or require accounts, our liability is inherently limited.
